This style would look fine on a man of any ethnicity, it would be described as a texturized cut just below the ears with peicy layers, tapered edges and bangs.These styles are simliar:
I have seen a few non asian males with that kinda style of hair. Mostly male models. Try looking at some male models sites. Although personally i do think it looks alot better suited to asian males.
